811c Malaysia Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Welcome to 811c. This Terms & Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", or "You") and 811c ("we", "us", or "the platform"). These terms govern all access to and use of the 811c website, mobile application, and all services offered through our platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the 811c platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document and related policies, including Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming us.

To register and use 811c's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 811c enforces strict age verification and reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Malaysian law.
• One Account Only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at 811c. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Non-811c Employee: Employees, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of 811c staff are not permitted to register as regular members.

When registering for an 811c account, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for:

• The confidentiality of your 811c account password and login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• Notify 811c immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.
• Ensuring that the device used to access 811c is secure and not shared with any other individual.

811c shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You are strongly advised to use a strong, unique password and to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available on the 811c platform.

811c accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• eWallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Direct Transfer: DuitNow (QR & Transfer)
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other FPX member banks

The terms governing deposits at 811c are as follows:

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 for all payment methods.
• All deposits must be made from a bank account or eWallet registered under the same 811c member's name.
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and the return of funds.
• 811c does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment service provider may impose charges that you are responsible for.
• All deposit transactions are final once processed. Funds credited to your gaming account cannot be reversed except through the official withdrawal process.

811c members may withdraw their winnings subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered in the same member's name.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 6 to 24 hours for standard business days.
• 811c reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before approving withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding RM 5,000.
• The rollover requirement for each bonus must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• 811c reserves the right to withhold or void a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of terms.

811c offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following specific terms:

• Each bonus carries its own rollover requirement, which refers to the total amount you must wager before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be used by eligible members as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• 811c reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse or misconduct.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and carry a set validity period — any bonus that expires will be automatically forfeited.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is a serious violation and may result in the permanent suspension of all accounts involved.
• 811c reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All betting activity on the 811c platform is subject to the following rules:

• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are set within the respective game interface and are subject to change at 811c management's discretion.
• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled. Please review your bet slip carefully before final confirmation.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, 811c will investigate using the last saved server records to determine the outcome. 811c's decision in such matters is final.
• For Sports Betting (badminton, Malaysia Super League football, EPL, e-sports, and others), 811c uses official data sources to determine match results.
• In the event of incorrect odds being displayed due to a technical error, 811c reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the funds to the member's account.
• Any attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in any game or system is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

While using the 811c platform, you are prohibited from:

• Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any other technology to automate betting or manipulate games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the 811c platform.
• Registering false information or impersonating another individual.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt 811c's technical infrastructure.
• Using your 811c account for purposes other than personal entertainment, including operating an unlicensed betting business.
• Sharing your account login details with others or allowing another person to play using your account.

Any breach of the above prohibitions will result in immediate action, including account suspension, fund freezing, and where necessary, reporting to the relevant authorities.

811c reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any terms set out in this document.
• Fraud, misconduct, or activities suspected to involve money laundering.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• A request by the user themselves to voluntarily close their account.
• Self-exclusion requested by the user for responsible gambling purposes.

If you wish to voluntarily close your 811c account, please contact our customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days upon completion of all necessary verifications.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law:

• 811c is not liable for any financial losses incurred through betting activity on our platform. Betting carries financial risk, and you are solely responsible for your own wagering decisions.
• 811c does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, errors, or data loss. However, we are committed to maintaining maximum uptime.
• 811c shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our platform.
• 811c's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

811c takes our responsibility for protecting your personal data seriously, in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). The use of your personal data is governed by Privacy Policy 811c, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

In summary, 811c will:

• Collect only the data necessary to operate our services.
• Storing your data securely using 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Not sell or disclose your data to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
• Giving you access to and control over your personal data within the 811c platform.

811c reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of amendments will be provided via:

• In-platform notifications on 811c upon login.
• Email to the address registered to your account.
• Updates to this page will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the 811c platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between both parties. Should negotiations fail, the dispute will be settled through arbitration in accordance with procedures established by 811c.
